You've been dreaming of your Tanzanian safari for so long and the day when it begins has finally arrived. We'll greet you, give you a quick rundown on what happens next and answer your questions. Then we'll take you out to discover what this incredible country has to offer.

Busy Arusha is an essential part of safari life here in northern Tanzania and most travelers pass through at some stage. Whether you’re on your way out on safari or here for a little longer, you’ll catch a glimpse of streets filled with energy and color.

Serengeti National Park

Welcome to the Unesco World Heritage–listed Serengeti, one of Africa’s top safari destinations. While you’re here, there’s an excellent chance that you’ll see leopards along the dry riverbanks, cheetahs out on the grasslands, and elephants, giraffes and all kinds of antelopes everywhere across the park. Watch also for the Serengeti’s famous lion prides. And that’s just the start. Some of the largest and most diverse wildlife populations on the planet roam the Serengeti, not to mention millions of wildebeest and zebras who migrate across the plains every year.

Experience classic safari scenery with acacia trees and savannah grasslands, as well as plenty of wildlife, when you visit the Central Serengeti.

Relax and generally take it easy to allow yourself to both process and recover from all of the excitement that you’ve enjoyed on your safari so far.

When you imagine the Serengeti, with its savannah grasslands, acacia trees and incredible wildlife possibilities, you're imagining something pretty close to Serengeti Heritage Luxury Tented Camp. The Seronera location in the Central Serengeti means that you can be relaxing in your large safari tent, enjoying a drink or a meal in the dining tent, or swapping stories around the campfire, when all of a sudden a lion roars nearby and everything across the plains stops to listen.

Join us for an unforgettable hot-air balloon safari over the Serengeti. You'll take to the skies before dawn and watch spellbound as the Serengeti's savannah grasslands come to life. You'll also lose count of how many animals you see from up there.
